Create your account
User accounts are for girls and women using HERELLE. Admin accounts are created only through first-run setup, never from signup here.
By creating an account you agree to the terms and privacy policy. Your date of birth only personalises content ordering. It never blocks BEFORE 18, and it never blocks emergency help.
First admin setup
Only if no admin account exists yet. This creates the first admin account. There is no default admin password and no pre-made admin account. Admins cannot create user accounts for other people.

Someone may need to know that another person has been through something similar.
Anonymity protects the name shown, but it cannot guarantee absolute secrecy. Every story is reviewed before publication. Harmful, harassing, or identifying content is removed.
BEFORE 18
Growing up doesn't come with instructions.
A teenagers guide. Honest conversations about the things every girl deserves to know before adulthood, in short lessons with questions and answers, scenarios, quizzes, and reflection prompts. Age personalises the order and the language notes, but this guide is available to adults too. Turning 18 never removes it and never blocks it.

Your private journal. Entries stay private by default. They are never shown in the community or to support unless you choose a sharing path, and v1 has no such sharing path.

Only your display name and photo are shown to the support team if you send something to support. Your email is never shown on anonymous stories, which show topic and alias only.
Two-factor authentication

Use an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Authy). Scan the code below, or type the secret by hand, then enter the current 6-digit code from the app. 2FA turns on only after that code is verified.
Lost your authenticator? There is no email code reset and no self-service recovery. Ask a HERELLE admin to reset 2FA for your account. The reset signs you out everywhere, and your next sign-in is password only.

Crisis helplines
Real crisis helpline numbers are TO BE SUPPLIED by the HERELLE owner for each country where the app operates. No helpline number is shown here until the owner supplies and verifies it. Do not rely on this screen alone in an emergency.
Human support, if offered, is not promised around the clock unless trained staff are genuinely available. Response times are shown by the support team when a request is sent. Emergency help is free and never requires a subscription.
Admin dashboard
Admins manage lessons, story moderation, reports, crisis resources, and the support queue. Admins must NOT open private journals or private voice notes. This dashboard has no route to them. Admins only see messages a user explicitly sent to support, and anonymous approved stories.

Reports
Reset a user's 2FA
Only for a user who lost their authenticator. This clears their 2FA and signs them out everywhere. Their next sign-in is password only. There is no email code involved.
